Payment and Refund Policy
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all mobile home repair services provided by Chapman, Mickey through our website chapmicmobilefix.com and is designed in compliance with U.S. federal and Pennsylvania state consumer protection laws.
1. Payment Terms
All service fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payments such as PayPal. Full payment is required upon service confirmation. You will receive a payment confirmation email after your payment is successfully processed.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality mobile home repair services. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Clients may cancel their service request within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee, based on the progress of work or procurement of materials.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to luccastuart@chapmicmobilefix.com within 14 calendar days of service completion.
- If a service cannot be completed due to our error, a full refund will be promptly issued.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Services that have been fully rendered or for which custom parts were purchased are generally non-refundable. This includes completed repairs, replacement installations, and custom service requests.
4. Rescheduling Services
Clients may request to reschedule services by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new confirmation email will be sent.
5. Service Issues

6. Governing Law
This Payment and Refund Policy, and all related transactions, are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the federal laws of the United States.
